Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades to gear increase its base stats and sometimes enhances its extras. The value of these upgrades is determined by the levels of gear, their requirements, and how many random augmentations are made available.
For example, the elite racial shield Razortail is often upgraded to enhance its lightning absorb capability in PvP or to add additional defenses on missile based builds in PvM. This makes it more exchangeable than the un-upgraded version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens let you buy a new item, like a weapon, armor or ring. The item is replaced with an identical item however with different bonuses. Leveling
