In order to solve the problem of poor robustness of the traditional method of calculating torque in the mechanical model of 7-DOF picking manipulator, this paper proposes a control strategy of calculating torque plus fuzzy compensation by using adaptive fuzzy logic system to compensate the uncertain part of the mechanical model of 7-DOF picking manipulator. By using Lagrange method, the dynamic model of 7-DOF manipulator is established, and the relationship between joint motion and applied torque (force) is obtained. Using ADAMS and MATLAB to establish a co-simulation platform, the manipulator and trajectory tracking control system are simulated. The results show that the trajectory tracking error of each joint in the algorithm is obviously reduced and the convergence trend is obvious. The average trajectory tracking accuracy of joint 1 to joint 7 was improved by 70.22%, 94.78%, 0.62%, 74.23%, 89.78%, 86.45%, and 67.15%, respectively. In this control scheme, the control force (moment) of each joint changes regularly, and the output force (moment) does not appear chattering and mutation when the disturbance signal is added. The research results can provide support for the further study of picking manipulator trajectory tracking control system.
A high-fat diet is associated with the development of benign prostatic enlargement (BPE), but whether hyperlipidemia is associated with BPE remains unclear. This study aimed to evaluate whether hyperlipidemia is a risk factor for the development of BPE.
This study included 265 BPE patients with lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) and 248 age-matched healthy individuals without LUTS. The patient and control groups included in the study were compared in terms of fasting serum glucose, serum lipid values, prostate specific antigen (PSA), and prostate size measured by abdominal ultrasonography.
The prostate sizes of the patient and healthy control group were 59.4 ± 12.6 and 41.8 ± 11.1 ml, respectively (
 = 0.007). It was observed that the mean PSA value of the patient group (2.33 ± 1.69) was statistically higher than that of the control group (1.21 ± 1.05) (
 = 0.002). Total cholesterol and LDL-cholesterol were significantly higher and HDL-cholesterol was significantly lower among the patients compared to the controls. Prostate size had a negative correlation with HDL-cholesterol and a positive correlation with LDL-cholesterol and total cholesterol. Additionally, LDL-cholesterol and total cholesterol were independent risk factors for prostate enlargement.
This study indicates that increased levels of LDL-cholesterol and total cholesterol are significantly associated with the enlargement of the prostate. Hyperlipidemia may be one of the risk factors in the processes of prostatic growth and progression.

We searched PubMed for studies on CBF changes in normal aging and cognitive disorders up to 1 January 2019. We summarized the milestones in the history of CBF assessment and reviewed the current evidence on the association between CBF and cognitive changes in normal aging, vascular cognitive impairment (VCI) and Alzheimer's disease (AD). Age-related CBF changes could be related to a progressive neuronal loss or diminished activity and synaptic density of neurons in the brain. This review introduces the functionality of Lf at the molecular level and its degradation behavior in GI tract is discussed in detail. Subsequently, the absorption and transport of Lf from intestine into the blood circulation, which is pivotal to its health promoting effects in various tissues, and some assisting labeling methods are discussed. Stabilization technologies aiming at preserving the structural integrity and functional properties of orally administrated Lf are summarized and compared. Altogether, this work comprehensively reviews the structure-function relationship of Lf, its oral fate and the development of stabilization technologies for the enhancement of the oral bioavailability of Lf. The existing limitations and scope for future research are also discussed.The links between diet and Parkinson's disease (PD) are unclear and incomprehensible. However, numerous studies have demonstrated the correlation between diet, nutrients and health condition in PD patients. They indicate the possibility of management of the disease, which might be possible through nutrition. Pharmaceutical treatment as well as a complementary holistic approach to the patients should be considered. It is of critical importance to understand how the diet and nutrients might influence PD. A better understanding of the relationship between diet and PD could help to better manage the disease explain promising therapeutic approaches, minimize motor and nonmotor symptoms and disease progression based on a personalized diet. In this review, the recent literature on the observed nutrition disorders and the possible role of diet and nutrients in the prevention and potential regression of PD, as well as dietary interventions and supplementation used to manage the disease is revised.
