Moreover, differences in mobile phase deflection depending on the operating mode and a possible reason for these were described. V.BACKGROUND We aimed to identify key genes and microRNAs (miRNAs) associated with the development of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). A1874 chemical structure METHODS GSE84376 mRNA microarray data (15 PCOS granulosa cells and 13 control granulosa cells) and GSE34526 mRNA microarray data (7 PCOS granulosa cells and 3 control granulosa cells) were downloaded from the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) database. First, differentially expressed gene (DEG) analysis, gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA) for differentially expressed mRNAs, and protein-protein interaction (PPI) network analysis were conducted. Next, miRNA-target genes were analyzed and functions predicted, and a competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA) network was constructed. Finally, the relationship between miR-486-5p and PRELID2 was experimentally validated. RESULTS Spleen tyrosine kinase (SYK), major histocompatibility complex, class II, DR alpha (HLA-DRA), and interleukin 10 (IL-10) were important nodes in the PPI network. Interestingly, HLA-DRA was significantly enriched in phagosotitute a breakthrough in studying the pathophysiology of PCOS. This paper puts forward an intelligent method for online voltage stability margin (VSM) assessment based on optimal fuzzy system and feature selection technique, which has excellent performance for large power systems. The proposed VSM estimation method includes three key parts feature extraction and selection part, estimator part and training part. In this method, power system's loading parameters are used as the main input of adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) and association rules (AR) technique is used to select the most effective loading parameters. In the training part, we used Harris hawks optimization algorithm (HHOA) to train the ANFIS efficiently. Using the proposed method, the VSM can be monitored online with high precision for both small and large systems and appropriate control measures can be applied if necessary. Knowing the exact amount of VSM and applying precautionary measures can prevent from voltage collapse, heavy financial losses and power supply interruption. The proposed method tested on 39-bus, 118-bus and 300-bus IEEE test system and the MATLAB simulation results demonstrated that the propounded method has much better performance than other recently introduced VSM assessment approaches. Providing a VSM estimation method, which is effective for large power systems, selecting the most informative loading parameters and improving the ANFIS's performance using HHOA are the main contributions of this paper. Virtual reality is becoming more and more improved primarily due to numerous applications and the powers of mobile devices. Using various sensors, precise displays and high computing powers smartphone are becoming devices that make the boost in technology. Now it is necessary to efficiently use various sensors without affecting system operation and improve control abilities for various purposes. Especially in practical applications received by mass users such as games and any kind of experience. In this article, we propose a system that allows to extend the perception of the virtual world by conveying information about the user's movements in reality into the supervised model. The system retrieves data from several sources, quickly analyzes them using artificial intelligence techniques, and returns information to the mobile phone about the activity that is being processed. The concept extends the understanding of today's virtual reality by allowing the user to move and perform simple gestures in a specially designed room. Moreover, we propose multiplayer mode in virtual reality, where players are in different places. The proposed architecture of the system has been tested on simple applications, and the results show high potential for implementations in various apps by achieving almost 90% efficiency in changing player direction in real time and only 7.5% of collision cases. OBJECTIVE Here we present three cases of chromosomal abnormalities with favorable outcomes. CASE REPORT In Case 1, conventional karyotyping revealed a karyotype of 46, XY,t(7; 14) (q35; q13)[4]/46,XY[26]. Array comparative genomic hybridization (aCGH) analysis revealed no genomic imbalance. In Case 2, conventional karyotyping revealed a norma karyotype but aCGH analysis revealed a 3.2M chromosomal duplication (13q12.11q12.12(22, 073, 046_25, 230, 759)x3). In Case 3, aCGH analysis revealed a 5.5M chromosomal deletion (9q21.13q21.32 (78, 645, 382_84, 115, 555) x1). In all three cases, ultrasound examination showed no dysmorphisms and intrauterine growth restrictions (IUGRs) in the fetus. All three pregnancies resulted in phenotypically normal babies. CONCLUSION Chromosomal abnormalities may be associated with favorable outcomes. Combining conventional karyotyping, aCGH analysis and ultrasound results can provide a more accurate risk assessment for pregnant women with advanced age. V.OBJECTIVE We present prenatal diagnosis of mosaicism for a distal 5p deletion in a single colony at amniocentesis with a favorable outcome, and we review the literature of mosaic distal 5p deletion. CASE REPORT A 35-year-old primigravid woman underwent amniocentesis at 18 weeks of gestation because of advanced maternal age. Amniocentesis revealed the result of 46,XY,del(5)(p13)[1]/46,XY[19]. Among 20 colonies of cultured amniocytes, all four cells in one colony had a karyotype of 46,XY,del(5)(p13) with a distal deletion of 5p13→pter, while the rest 19 colonies had a karyotype of 46,XY. Repeat amniocentesis was performed at 21 weeks of gestation. Conventional cytogenetic analysis revealed a karyotype of 46,XY in all 20 colonies. Simultaneous array comparative genomic hybridization (aCGH) using the DNA extracted from the uncultured amniocytes revealed no genomic imbalance. Prenatal ultrasound findings were unremarkable. At 38 weeks of gestation, a 3621-g male baby was delivered with no phenotypic abnormality. The cord blood had a karyotype of 46,XY. Postnatal urinary cells analysis by interphase fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) using a 5p terminal FISH probe detected no abnormal cell in the urine. CONCLUSION Mosaicism for a distal 5p deletion in a single colony at amniocentesis can be associated with a favorable outcome. V.
