Path ways where Food Insecurity Is Associated With Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease Threat

This paper analyzes the research literatures of E. purpurea, "herbalize" it, endows it with the property and function of traditional Chinese medicine, lays the foundation for further animal experiment and clinical research, and provides scientific theoretical guidance for the better application of E. purpurea in clinic and its proper compatibility and rational application. This research model will also provide reference for further studies of "traditional Chinese medicine" of foreign plant drugs, enrich traditional Chinese medicine resources, and promote the healthy and sustainable development of traditional Chinese medicine.With the development of society, more and more foreign natural medicines have entered China, but they are faced with the problem that they are not given with the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) properties when they are used with other TCM. When we carried out the research on introducing foreign natural plant resources to TCM, gradually, a new research model and field with original characteristics of TCM--the study of new foreign introducing TCM had been formed. In the process of it, we explored and summarized research rules to form the research paradigm, which will be conducive to the standardization and scientization of new foreign introducing TCM research. For the research of foreign introducing TCM, we analyzed the research background, reviewed the application history, sorted out the research status, elaborated the concept and summarized the research achievements. On this basis, we put forward the concept and system of the modern research paradigm of new foreign introducing TCM, studied and clarified the core elements, properties and research principles of this paradigm, and summarized the research contents and methods of new foreign introducing TCM. We interpreted the foundation of paradigm construction from multiple perspectives. The paradigm was the practical application of theoretical innovation of TCM. Under the guidance of it, more and more varieties of new foreign introducing TCM will be studied, the study will be more standardized, the conclusions will be more scientific and reliable, which will inspire and guide more researchers to focus on the research of new foreign introducing TCM, and the paradigm itself will be constantly improved. The construction and application of the paradigm will certainly accelerate the innovative research of foreign introducing TCM and play a historic role in promoting the enrichment of traditional Chinese medicine varieties.Metabonomics is the branch of systems biology. It has been widely used in the fields of diagnostic markers discovery, disease prognosis, drug action mechanism, drug efficacy and toxicity evaluation, traditional Chinese medicine syndromes differentiation. There are shortcomings in the conventional metabonomics research. Microdialysis technology is a new type of biosampling technology, and metabonomics research based on microdialysis technology is in the ascendant. In view of the particularity of microdialysis technology and its great differences from traditional sampling and pretreatment methods, the metabonomics process based on microdialysis technology has certain similarities with traditional metabonomics research, and its basic process has some particularity. Advantages and basic strategies of metabonomics research by microdialysis technology are systematically summarized for researchers' reference.The projects which supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC) including General Program, Young Scientist Fund, and Fund for Less Developed Regions, in field of pharmacology of traditional Chinese medicine in 2019 were reviewed. Based on these research items, the main contents and characteristics, as well as the main problems from academic and non-academic point of view, were summarized for reference.To study the effect of dihydroartemisinin(DHA) on hepatic inflammation and lipid metabolism in weaned piglets, a liver injury model of weaned piglets was established by lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced method. In this study, 30 healthy weaned piglets were selected and randomly divided into control group(CON), model group(LPS) and treatment group(LD, LPS+DHA), with 10 in each group. The CON group and the LPS group were fed with a basal diet, and the LD group was fed with a basal diet+80 mg·kg~(-1) DHA. The test period was 21 days. The LPS group and the LD group were intraperitoneally injected with 100 μg·kg~(-1) LPS at 4 hours before slaughter, and the CON group was injected with the same dose of sterile physiological saline. The results showed that compared with the CON group, contents of TC, AST activity and AST/ALT ratio were significantly increased in the serum of LPS piglets(P less then 0.05), content of HDL-c was significantly decreased(P less then 0.05). see more In addition, in the liver, the levels of TG, NEFA,n and abnormal lipid metabolism.To analyze the medication regularity of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) prescriptions for gastropyretic excessiveness diabetes recorded in Chinese Medicine Prescriptions Dictionary. A total of 103 eligible prescriptions were input into the system platform, and the Apriori algorithm was used to analyze their medication regularity. The 103 prescriptions for gastropyretic excessiveness diabetes were selected from the system, and 29 herb medicines were found with frequency of usage more than 8. Totally 33 commonly used herbal pairs(support degree≥10), twenty-three 3-herb core combinations(support degree≥8, confidence values≥0.5), and twenty-one 4-herb core combinations(confidence values≥0.5) were discovered after the medication regularity analysis by Apriori algorithm. The herbal medicine combinations with the highest correlation degree were discovered after the association rule analysis on the 103 prescriptions(support degree≥10, confidence values≥0.5). The four properties, five tastes, channel distributions and frequency of dose of the 103 prescriptions were also obtained after the corresponding analysis. According to the analysis and summary of the above data, the combination of Trichosanthis Radix, Anemarrhenae Rhizoma, Coptidis Rhizoma and Ophiopogonis Radix could reflect the medication regularity of TCM prescriptions for gastropyretic excessiveness diabetes to a certain degree, which is of great significance in guiding value in clinic.
